Every AcademySTAY student is required to be enrolled in college or vocational training as a condition of residency. Not a goal we track. A condition of living here. Right now, 31% of our students are training in the trades: automotive, healthcare, culinary, HVAC, barbering. The industries your business runs on.

The gap we close

Roughly 200 young people age out of foster care in the Greater Sacramento region every year, and 40 to 50% of them face homelessness within 18 months of leaving the system. Not because they lack drive. Because they lack a place to land. AcademySTAY is transitional housing built for exactly that moment: a 32-unit campus in North Sacramento, up to 56 students, wraparound support, and a hard requirement that every student is working toward a credential.
