About the event
There's a version of this night where you're just writing a check. This isn't that one.
Every year, roughly 200 young adults age out of foster care across the Sacramento region. Without a stable place to land, 40 to 50% face homelessness within 18 months; that's 80 to 100 young people who did everything right and still hit a wall built by circumstance, not character. AcademySTAY exists to change those odds: transitional housing plus real, wraparound support for students building a life on their own terms.
47 students are housed with us, 78 have come through since we opened in October 2024, and that's 15,000+ safe nights along the way. All In for the Future is how we keep that number climbing.
